Refund policy

Containers sales are final, but are guaranteed to be received in the condition and grade specified in description. 

• Containers are often sold "AS IS, WHERE IS, WITH ALL FAULTS".
• Lone Star Containers, LLC provides warranties based on the container's grade (e.g., structural and no-leak warranties for different grades). There are no extended warranty once unit has left the facility or has been delivered. It is buyers responsibility to inspect every unit upon receiving said product.
• Buyers are responsible for inspecting the container upon delivery and notifying the seller of any issues within a specified timeframe.
